The industrial style, combining materials of the industrial age and light details made of steel and glass, refers to the historical character of Smíchov and especially to the famous printing house of Václav Neubert, which stood directly here.

Its character reminds me the most of Berlin, where the new development harmoniously complements the historically grown street structure," explains architect David Chmelař about his inspiration, which he projected into public spaces and apartment interiors.
The model for the common courtyard and the terraced roof with rest zones, benches and sunbeds is the cosmopolitan style of living in the capitals of Western Europe.
